Instructions for Use (Epsom Salt): Add up to two handfuls of Epsom salt to a warm bath. For best results (muscle relaxation and stress relief), it is recommended to soak in the bath for at least 15-20 minutes.

Instructions for Use (Bath Fizzer): Place the bath fizzer in warm water, allow it to dissolve completely, and enjoy a relaxing bath.

• Epsom salt: Magnesium Sulfate, Parfum.
• Bubble bath: Sodium bicarbonate, Citric acid, PEG-8, Sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, Parfum, CI 19140.
