Terms of return of goods

  • 1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract concluded online within 14 (fourteen) days without incurring additional costs and without giving a reason and to return the goods, even if they were purchased at a discount or during a sale. The Buyer’s right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract does not apply if one of the contracts listed in Article 6.228(10) Part 2 of the Civil Code was concluded, and in particular the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:
    - Contracts for perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
    - Contracts for packaged goods that was unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;

    2. The Buyer shall notify the Seller of the withdrawal from the purchase and sale contract by the means of communication specified in the contact section. Upon receipt of the Buyer’s request, the Seller shall immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the notification.

    3. Defects in the sold goods shall be eliminated; poor-quality goods shall be replaced, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The list of contracts that cannot be withdrawn by exercising the right of withdrawal is specified in Article 10, Section 2 of the Civil Code of Lithuania. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account no later than 5 business days from the date of receipt of the goods returned to the Seller or the date of proof provided by the Buyer that the goods have been sent.

    4. In order to return the goods(s) in accordance with Clause 3 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned goods and the order number.

    5. When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:
    5.1. The returned goods must be in the original, neat packaging;
    5.2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;
    5.3. The product must be unused, not lost its commercial appearance (undamaged label, untorn protective film, etc.) (This point does not apply in the case of returning a poor-quality product);
    5.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
    5.5. When returning the product, it is necessary to provide a document of its acquisition.

    6. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning goods set out in Article 5.

    7. When returning the wrong product and/or poor-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods.

    8. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, including the costs of delivering the goods.
